ED TRANSPORT, LLC – AIRPORT PICK-UP & SERVICE TERMS

FLIGHT MONITORING

We actively track and monitor all incoming flights—provided we have the flight number on file—to ensure timely service.


DRIVER STATUS & UPDATES

Passengers and their booking agents will receive text messages and emails (if provided) with the driver’s name, contact number, and real-time status updates such as:

  • “Driver on the way”

  • “Driver on location”

  • “Passenger in car”

  • “Passenger dropped off”


PICK-UP TYPES

Express / Curbside Pick-Up (No Fee)

This is our default option unless a Meet & Greet is requested.
Ideal for frequent travelers with minimal luggage. Our chauffeurs will wait outside the terminal and establish contact by phone. Once ready, the driver will pull up curbside with a name sign in the vehicle window.

Meet & Greet Pick-Up ($50 Fee)

Our chauffeur parks the vehicle and greets you inside the terminal with a personalized name sign.

  • Domestic Flights: Pick-up inside baggage claim area.

  • International Flights: Pick-up just outside Customs.


WAIT TIME POLICY

  • Domestic Flights: Grace period of 30 minutes after the flight’s arrival.

  • International Flights: Grace period of 45 minutes after the flight’s arrival.

  • After the grace period:

    • $1/minute for Sedans

    • $2/minute for SUVs and larger vehicles

If the chauffeur is not visible, passengers should collect their bags and call our office for assistance.


CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICIES

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: Full trip charge including gratuity.

  • Reservation changes within 12 hours: $35 change fee (additional fees may apply). Changes are not guaranteed and may be denied if they disrupt scheduling. If denied, regular cancellation policy applies.


NO-SHOW POLICY

If the passenger fails to show up at the designated location without calling the office, a No-Show Fee equal to the full trip cost (plus applicable fees) will be charged. Always call our office if you cannot locate your driver.


ADDITIONAL FEES & CONDITIONS

  • Early Morning (Before 8 AM) / Late Night (After 10 PM): +$15

  • International Booking Fee: +$75

  • Overtime Charges (non-airport pick-ups):

    • First 15 minutes free, then $1/min (Sedan) or $2/min (SUVs/larger)

  • Airport Fees: $18 per arrival (subject to change)

  • Shipping Left Items: USPS fee + $25 service charge (U.S. only)


BILLING & PAYMENTS

  • All reservations are billed one day in advance.

  • Balances are due on or before the day of service.

  • Oversized vehicle bookings require:

    • Credit card authorization

    • Copy of card and government-issued ID

  • Vehicles are billed garage-to-garage and cannot exceed seating/luggage limits.


LIABILITY & DAMAGES

  • ED Transport, LLC is not liable for mechanical failures, traffic delays, or missed flights.

  • Clients assume full responsibility for vehicle damages caused by them or their party.

  • Trip termination without refund may occur due to unsafe or inappropriate client behavior.

Damage & Cleaning Fees Include:

  • Vomiting: $500

  • Smoking in vehicle: $500

  • Upholstery damage: $700

  • Spillage or excessive mess: $200

  • Lost/damaged remote: $250

  • Lost glassware: $10 each

Smoking, vaping, and eating are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate termination of service without refund.


GRATUITY & FEES

  • Gratuity: A standard 20% is added (voluntary and adjustable).

  • ADM (Admin Fee): Covers regulatory and operational costs.

  • Late Payments: 2% monthly interest + 40% collection fee or $275/hr legal fee (if over $3,000 balance).

  • Additional Passenger Fee: $100 per person if the number of passengers exceeds the original contract.


VEHICLE SUBSTITUTION

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles to ensure punctuality or accommodate scheduling changes.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ED Transport, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to weather, road conditions, or traffic

  • Items left in the vehicle

  • Itinerary deadlines created by the client

We may subcontract another service if required. All liability for delays or missed timelines is waived.


AGREEMENT

By booking with ED Transport, LLC, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions. You must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
